Bakersfield, California…(November 15, 1996) After the dust settled, veteran driver Mike English from Norwalk, California emerged the winner of the 30-lap Wagsdash at Bakersfield Speedway.
Driving Mark Alexander’s #89 Gambler, English was followed by Jay Drake, John Scott, and Rodney Argo.
